Klas Bonde – Chairman of the Board

Klas Bonde is CEO of Invici and the founder of PEAK-IT (currently known as Centric Professionals AB) that runs the entire Nordic IT consultancy operation within Centric. After parallel studies in economy and computer science at Luleå University of Technology, Klas has had a series of managerial positions at various IT companies in Sweden, including at a start-up within e-commerce.

Klas has also been involved in the board of Almega Kompetensföretagen since 2013.

Petri Kairinen – Board Member

Petri Kairinen is an experienced international growth leader in SaaS and cybersecurity, with over a decade as CEO in listed technology companies. He currently serves as an independent board member at NetNordic AS and has previously led Admicom Plc and Nixu Plc, where he drove strong growth, international expansion, and successful capital market activities. Petri brings deep board-level expertise in strategy, scaling SaaS and services, M&A, and cultural development. He holds a Masters from Economics from Turku University Business School and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.

Petri Väyrynen – Board Member

Petri Väyrynen is an accomplished business leader and board professional with more than 25 years of experience in developing SaaS, ICT, and service businesses. He has held CEO, Business Director, and Advisor roles in both growth companies and large international corporations. Petri has strong expertise in strategic planning, sales and customer experience development, international business, and leadership. In addition, he actively works as an executive coach and business advisor.

Jyrki Eklund – CEO

Jyrki Eklund has contributed to the implementation of occupational health work as part of corporate management. He has been involved in various projects, for example with the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, and has worked with them to introduce new ideas in occupational health work for various professional groups. Before joining Aino Health Management Oy, Jyrki worked in the field of technology consulting at Nedecon Oyj. He was responsible for internationalisation projects at both board and management level, and he also worked as regional manager in Singapore with responsibility for Southeast Asia.
