Major Wellbeing Organization, Työterveys Lappica, selects Aino’s SaaS platform to support personnel work ability and wellbeing
Aino Health Finland has entered into an agreement with Työterveys Lappica, under which Aino’s Software as a Service (SaaS) platform will be deployed to support personnel work ability and wellbeing within a major wellbeing organization. The agreement covers approximately 7,000 employees.
The Aino platform will be used as part of Työterveys Lappica’s occupational health services to enable a more systematic and proactive approach to managing personnel work ability and wellbeing. The solution supports early identification of work ability risks, structured follow-up actions, and data-driven decision-making.

Through the Aino platform, occupational health professionals and employers gain access to real-time data, automated early support processes, and advanced analytics to support preventive measures and reduce sickness absence.
The agreement supports Aino Health’s strategy to grow within the public and wellbeing sectors through partnerships with occupational health service providers.
