Aino Health was invited as a customer speaker to Amazon Web Services Summit (AWS Summit) in Stockholm, Sweden. The event took place on May 16th 2018. This was Aino’s second time at an AWS conference, as Aino also presented at AWS Community Day Helsinki, Finland earlier this year.

AWS Summit brings together the AWS community to connect, collaborate, learn more about AWS and listen to customer cases. The event shares insights about how new and existing AWS solutions can be utilized in companies.

Aino Health’s CTO Johannes Verwijnen presented Aino Health’s serverless solution case as part of a speech of Serverless Architectural Patterns by Monica Lora, Solutions Architect, AWS. Aino’s speech covered our story with AWS; how we shifted to completely serverless architecture and what advantages serverless architecture provides to us regarding Aino’s new absence management platform HealthManager.

– The event was a great way to meet and connect with both AWS staff and other customers using AWS, says Johannes Verwijnen, CTO at Aino Health. Using serverless, our solution platform fulfills the requirements of scalability, security and time-to-market for our growth strategy, concludes Verwijnen.
