Aino Health awarded in procurement procedure performed by SALAR
Aino Health has signed an agreement with the municipality of Botkyrka regarding efforts to decrease sickness absences. The order value is estimated at between SEK 4.3 and 10.8 million, using an outcome-based remuneration model. The procurement procedure was performed by the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions. The goal and purpose of SALAR and the municipality of Botkyrka were to decrease sickness absences for days 1–14.
The procurement of services to decrease sickness absences uses an outcome-based remuneration model, where both Aino Health, the municipality of Botkyrka and their employees benefit from success in improving outcomes. The assignment of Aino Health is to identify workplaces and employees with a risk of high absence and to support the purchaser in efforts to decrease absences, with the support of the digital platform HealthManager.
