Aino Health Management invests in international operations and service development

Occupational health and working capacity management solutions provided by Aino Health Management are in demand in international markets, and the company is starting operations in Sweden and Germany.

Aino HealthManager is a system for managing employees’ working capacity and monitoring the effects of various measures on working capacity. The effectiveness of the system is based on streamlined practices in registering sickness absences and cooperation between the company itself and occupational healthcare services.

“Although different countries and markets have their own special features, these practices are usually quite universal. This creates opportunities for Aino HealthManager and exporting our services. We decided to enter the Swedish and German markets first, but there is demand for our working capacity management solutions in other markets as well,” says Jyrki Eklund, CEO of Aino Health Management.

Sales in the Swedish and German markets are supervised from Lund in Sweden, with Marco Baron as head of sales and marketing for the two countries. He has broad and varied experience in international services and solutions sales and began his new duties on 15 August 2016.

Aino Health Management is investing in the development of working capacity management solutions and has appointed Johannes Verwijnen as head of global R&D as of 1 September 2016. He has extensive experience in IT system development in Finland and abroad. He is based at the company’s headquarters in Helsinki.
